I've eaten well today...planning ahead for the cupcakes and wine I will be consuming tonight in honor of spring break!

-maple granola bar
-egg and cheese on sandwich thin
-chocolate marshmallow coffee

Tuesday:
TIU Excited For Spring running workout
TIU Santorini Bikini routine
swim 50 (8x50, 6x100)

Wednesday:
run 55 (intervals)

Thursday:
TIU Holiday Cocktail Dress arm routine
TIU Best Abs routine
swim 50 (15 minute constant)

Friday:
TIU Hiit routine
TIU LYB2 yoga routine
bike 35

Saturday:
TIU Sunseeker routine
bike 1:30 (6x5), run 20

Sunday:
run 60 (last 15 minutes hard)

Meal ideas (at least until I go to PA on Wednesday):
Breakfast:
ricotta and jam on sandwich thins
protein pancakes
smoothies
Lunch:
chicken wrap (chicken, corn, cole slaw, honey mustard on spinach wrap)
Dinner:
homemade pizza (no-yeast dough) - but do I have enough cheese?

sweet potatoes
Snacks:
apple
popcorn

There will be a Shamrock Shake tomorrow....naturally.
I'm planning to paint my nails minty green (although I guess it's kind of a minty-blue-green) and gold for St Patrick's Day.  Let's see if I actually get around to it!
