Beautiful Weather

It is absolutely gorgeous outside.  And of course, I spent most of the day at work, indoors.

At least I started and ended the day outside.

After my run, I inhaled 4 graham crackers and some watermelon.

I made coffee last night and chilled it in the fridge to make iced coffee with almond milk.  I also stopped by Bagel Street on my way in to work for a toasted whole wheat bagel with butter.

We were so busy at work, I didn't get a chance to eat anything for quite a while.  I had about 1/2c of applesauce at the end of the jar, a cocoroon, and orzo with peas, corn, and goat cheese.

Dinner, once I made it home (customers stayed late in the store...again), was strawberry stuffed French toast (made with an English muffin dipped in egg whites/cinnamon/pumpkin pie spice and grilled, strawberries, topped with maple syrup and a sprinkling of nutmeg).  There also may have been a graham cracker, a spoonful of ricotta cheese, and a handful of blueberries that made it into my mouth while I was waiting for this deliciousness.

Since it was such a beautiful night, I decided to head over to the "village center" and walk around.  The temperature was in the mid-70s, so absolutely perfect.  I love the feeling when you almost can't feel the air around you, because it's the same temperature as the surface of your skin.

Redberry is in the village square, so of course I stopped for a treat.

That would be cake batter and chocolate caramel turtle frozen yogurt with 2 cherries, tiny fruity bubbles of juicy awesomeness (I forget what they're called), and pieces of cookie dough and Reese's cups.  Enjoyed while sitting outside, on a bench, watching the sunset and the sky turn dark blue.  What a lovely evening!
